This is a tick list of all the things we needed to mention
- take apart the top and bottom boxes
- put the lids in a safe and convenient place away from where they can be a trip hazard
- move the mixing desk into a position where it is still able to reach a power supply
- move the base bins into position so they are to the left and right of the mixer
- add the pillars
- place the main speakers on top and make them the same hight
- set up the main speakers
- make sure everything is secure
- connect the speakon cables to the power supply
- tape everything out of the way
- connetct the mixing desk to the amps with jack leads
- plug into the main power supply
- make sure everything n the desk is flatlined , otherwise some bad noises will be created
- connect the mic useing an XLR cable
- first turn on the desk
- then turn on the speakers
- lastly test the levels o best sides of the venue.
it was also important to mention all the risk assessments that had to be pointed out
- all electrical risks have to be assesed this would involve;
-making sure there are no beoken cables with sires hanging out, this would be the same as being exposed to live wires.
-make sure all plug sockets that are going to be used are of a safe standard.
-at no point should any water or other liquids be around the equiptment as this can cause major health risks if it was to appear on the live equiptment.
